Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is after 3:00pm

Check-out time is 11:00am.

If an early check-in or an extended check-out time is required, please ask at the time of booking and we will do what we can to accommodate you; However, these requests are subject to availablity and cannot usually be guaranteed prior to arrival on the property.

Cancellation Policy

Beaverhill Motel requires 48 hours notice to cancel any reservation. If the required notice is not provided and the guest does not arrive for a scheduled reservation the guest will be responsible for the payment of the first night's stay.  Beaverhill also reserves the right
Beaverhill Motel makes every effort to re-book reservations that are cancelled on short notice so that guests can receive a refund; However, in the case where we still have other rooms available, we will rent those first.

Non-Smoking Rooms

For the health and comfort of all guests Beaverhill Motel has a strict non-smoking policy. A charge of $2500 per occurance will be applied to the guest's folio in the event that smoking occurs in a guest room by any person occupying or visiting the room during the term of the reservation. Our staff are instructed to report smoking to management immediately.

Pets

Pets are welcome at the motel for an additional $10.00 charge; However, the pet is not to be left unattended in or on motel property. Owners will be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of damages or odors caused by the pet. Please make arrangements for your pet at the time of booking your reservation.

Liability

The liability for reservations are not waived and will be held personally liable in the event the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any part ot the full amount of charges, including loss or damage to motel property caused by any person or pet occupying or visiting the room during the term of this reservation.  

Beaverhill Motel is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss or damages to personal property of any value or description.
